SGP2 Speedway Under 21 World Championship

The FIM Speedway Under 21 World Championship Series.

For the first time ever in 2022, Discovery Sports Events teamed up with the FIM to bring all of the FIM Speedway World Championship events together in a brand-new pyramid system, helping young riders race their way from grassroots to senior level.

SGP2 gives the world’s top under-21 riders a dream opportunity to share the spotlight with the FIM Speedway Grand Prix stars as they stake their claim to be part of the FIM Speedway GP World Championship in the future.

Sixteen riders will compete in each round with the majority of the riders making it via the qualifiers staged across Europe. The line-up will then be completed by wild cards chosen by the SGP Commission.
